Charles at K&A Performance is my go-to for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs. I bring him everything from the regular stuff on my Toyota RAV4 to bigger work on my Ford F250, and he’s always taken care of it. What I really like is how honest and transparent the guy is. He uses this app that breaks everything down — parts, labor, the whole cost — and keeps you updated the whole time on what’s going on. No surprises or pressure, just straight talk. He was very communicative and actually spoke to me and explained things to where I could understand bc mechanic talk is not my language.  He got my vehicle done in the timeframe provided which I’m beyond grateful for. I definitely plan to return for all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance. This shop is hands down the best in Cleveland County! Charles is very professional, communicative, transparent and very fair with his prices!
